RFI: Medical Legislation

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am a doctorate student in Law, working on a theme concerning, inter 
alia the protection of patients' rights within the national regional 
and international health care legislations. I am desperately in need 
of any legislation at the level of the WHO - African region on the 
protection of patients' rights in African countries. A hint on any 
international code or convention that commits signatory countries to 
pass legislation at national levels on the protection of patients' 
rights within the health care system will also be of great help.
