Dear Rangarirai,

EDCTP funds the development of new interventions or improvement of existing interventions to fight the three diseases. If the CCM has a research organization within the delivery of health care that needs to research specific aspects of the care with clinical research they can either apply or stimulate teams from research institutions in their country to apply to EDCTP. All applications should follow a call for proposals from EDCTP and all the calls including eligibility criteria for applicants are regularly published on the EDCTP website http://www.edctp.org.
