Hello there,

Is anyone in possession of an electronic copy of the Manual for Male Circumcision under Local Anaesthesia 2006, by the World Health Organisation to help me and e-mail it to me? I have been unable to access it online even though its quoted by many people. Am a Ugandan doctor interested in circumcision for HIV prevention
